Getting To Know the Pastor:

 Hello Pleasant Hill!

 My name is Jadon Moore, and I am honored to introduce myself as the new Lead Pastor at Pleasant Hill First Christian Church. I am a recent graduate from Missouri Valley College in Marshall. I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness. 

Missouri Valley was the 3rd college I attended. Previously, I attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Bismarck State College in Bismarck, North Dakota. I was blessed to have the opportunity to play collegiate baseball at all 3 schools. A journey that taught me discipline and teamwork, and allowed me an outlet to share my faith with my teammates. 

 I was born and raised in Northern Colorado, where I grew up with my Mom working Cattle, and my Dad working on the farm. Which naturally led me to the Agribusiness degree. But Praise God on High! He has another plan for me and my life.

 I am beyond thankful for God's grace in this new chapter as a Pastor and servant to the church. I am 21 years old, my birthday is June 20th. My beautiful fiancé and I are getting married this November 1st in Sedalia. However, when I am not preaching or studying, I am an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and all-around outdoorsman. I love working with my hands, especially woodworking.

 I look forward to meeting and developing long-lasting relationships with all of you! I am excited to grow together in deepening our relationship with Jesus Christ. As well as getting the opportunity to serve the community and bring All Glory to God through this ministry.

 I wish to share one of my favorite verses in the Psalms. Psalm 115:1 ‘Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name is the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.”
